13/7/2016 Picture a 2" shaft 2' long with 18" long arms welded to it in a radial direction. I clamped the shaft in the Plamagren milling attachment on a 14 1/2 SB lathe, centered it and used a cutter in a boring head attached to the spindle to remachine the end of the shaft. Worked great. I would of needed a huge lathe or milling machine to accomplish it.
